    Sunday saw Bec host their first London Junior Mini-Games of the season and it was another success with over 70 children taking part across 3 age groups, representing Bec, Bromley, Hayes, Nomads and Trojans. Our junior officer Davesh Patel said “it was a privilege to host this round of mini-games and collaborate with the junior set ups of the other London clubs” and that “it was fantastic to see the progression of many regulars but equally as pleasing to see complete beginners

    Bec 1 march on...

    After a strong start to 2018, backed up by a very impressive unbeaten run, Bec 1 looked to score another big win at the weekend. The opponents this week were a Nomads side who have proved tricky to beat this season. Bec can our flying and quickly went into an 8-0 lead. Nomads rebound defence style did little to disrupt Bec’s play. Some accurate shooting from Heather and Kenzie got them on the scoresheet early, whilst Dav and Blake combined beautifully to keep the goals coming

    Whilst most of the club were enjoying a Sunday lie in, Bec 2 were down at Ernst Bevin for a 9:30am start. The opposition this week was Supernova 2. Bec 2 started well in attack and created many chances but were lacking clinical finishing at times. However some solid defence kept Supernova at bay and Bec were some 2-0 up thanks to goals from Amy. In attack both divisions continued to work well, creating chances and winning penalties but the ball just would not drop at times

    A usual training night at Graveney turned into a Bec 4 vs Bec 3 Clash with Coach Ironmonger rooting for the 3rds and Coach Swain wanting the 4ths to get a win. The 4ths started with Luke, Josh, Carla and Jasmine in first attack who were up agaisnt Mark, Dan, Michelle and Jess from the 3rds.
